    Beautifully elegant and delightfully expressed, this fabulous rose shows fragrant aromas of nectarine, watermelon, citrus and floral on the nose, followed by a refreshing palate that is filled with vibrant fruit flavours. It is immediately appealing and offers terrific drinking. At its best: now to 2018.

Our Limited Release Rosé was made from Pinot Noir grapes from our Litchfield vineyard in the
central Wairau Valley.

Grapes were crushed and destemmed prior to being held in our press for 24 hours before being
gently juiced to tank. Fermentation was induced by the introduction of carefully selected yeast strains.
We fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve the lifted aromatics in this wine.

Luscious berry fruit flavours combined with bright acidity and a hint of spritz make this the perfect summer drink. Lifted red berry notes and a hint of vanilla greet you on the nose
